Oscar's Cement Co at 1720 Capitol Avenue, Lincoln Park, Michigan.

I had them out for three different sections a few years ago, basically all new cement at the house. I have cracks everywhere along their score/cut lines which is actually supposed to prevent cracking of sections but I have cracks anyways, expansion paper on my garage's foundation is completely rotted away after 3 years...15k worth of work, it looked great, had a ton of compliments, but after 3 years it looks horrible like its 15-20 years old
